5.1 Initial Distribution

Total Supply: 10,000 Aurora Dragon NFTs.
Distribution: 9500 NFTs can be obtained through check-ins, promotions, and community contributions.The 500 NFTs held by the project are numbered #951~#1451. Please monitor them in the market. These 500 NFTs are not eligible for the lucky draw and token airdrop.

5.2 Secondary Market Transactions

The project team will charge a 1% royalty fee on each transaction, which will be used for community development and ecosystem expansion.

7. NFT distribution model

The Aurora Dragon project adopts a distribution method different from most projects by releasing NFTs through a linear release mechanism. Initially, 2,000 NFTs with serial numbers from #1 to #2000 will be issued. These 2,000 NFTs are Genesis NFTs and come with 2x token airdrops as a reward for early supporters. Genesis NFT holders are automatically entered into lotteries (details below), and holding 10 Genesis NFTs (#1–#2000) grants entry into the DAO.

• Unlocking the next 2,000 NFTs (#2001–#4000):
  When the NFT floor price stabilizes at 80 POL for 48 consecutive hours (starting from the moment 80 POL is reached), an additional 2,000 NFTs will be unlocked for airdrop. Of these, 200 NFTs will be randomly distributed as rewards to holders of the initial 2,000 NFTs (#1–#2000). A total of 200 addresses will be selected, and the lottery process and results will be fully disclosed in the project’s Discord group.
  • These NFTs will be airdropped over 30 days, with daily updates posted on Discord for transparency (open to supervision). This gradual airdrop protects the interests of holders by reducing the risk of concentrated sell-offs.
  • These 2,000 NFT holders will enjoy 1.2x token airdrops as a token of appreciation.
• Unlocking the next 2,000 NFTs (#4001–#6000):
  When the price reaches 500 POL, the remaining 2,000 NFTs will be unlocked. Of these, 200 NFTs will be randomly distributed as rewards to holders of the first 4,000 NFTs (#1–#4000). A total of 200 addresses will be selected, and the lottery process and results will also be disclosed on Discord.
  • This batch will be unlocked over 60 days to further protect the market from price fluctuations.
• Remaining 3,500 NFTs:
  The remaining 3,500 NFTs will be unlocked periodically (over approximately one year) and used for community activities and airdrop events.
• Final 500 NFTs held by the project team:
  The project team will retain 500 NFTs (#951–#1451). These holdings will also be monitored in the market for transparency.

8. Game Distribution Model

8.1 Total Supply

8.2 Creating a Deflationary Blind Box Game

Initially, tokens will be distributed to NFT holders based on their NFT ownership. The distribution will be divided into two pools to ensure fair allocation among NFT holders according to their number of NFTs and ownership proportion. Detailed allocation rules will be announced later.

The distribution mechanism works through the $ADR prize pool:

• Tokens are distributed every 24 hours, with a certain percentage allocated from the current pool (note: the percentage is based on the current pool, not the initial total pool).
• The coefficient Y depends on the number of magical fruits staked (X).

For Sprites:

• If someone stakes 10,000 apples without staking Aurora Dragon NFTs, 25% will be claimed by sprites.
  • 2,500 apples will be distributed among current sprite holders. Assuming 100 sprites are staked, each sprite will receive 25 apples as a reward.
• If someone stakes 10,000 apples with Aurora Dragon NFTs, 15% will be claimed by sprites.
  • 1,500 apples will be distributed among current sprite holders. Assuming 100 sprites are staked, each sprite will receive 15 apples as a reward.

During the Claim Period:

• Without staking Aurora Dragon NFTs, 15% will be automatically burned, leaving 85% claimable.
• With Aurora Dragon NFTs staked, 10% will be automatically burned, leaving 90% claimable.

This deflationary mechanism is designed to increase token value over time. The system employs token buybacks, burns, and anti-whale features to manage supply and maintain value stability. Players can participate in staking and farming activities to unlock rewards, including NFTs or other in-game benefits. The game encourages community engagement while implementing measures to prevent dumping or price manipulation, promoting healthy project development. At the same time, it enhances the project’s playability and fun, allowing players to discover meaning and joy in the Aurora Dragon universe.
